• The Company reserves the right to make changes in the MRP. The
purchasers are advised to reconfirm the relevant information with the
Company.
• Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).

• The Company reserves the right to make changes in the design and
specifications of the products and /or withdraw/replace the products
and/or revise/modify/withdraw this reckoner, without any prior notice.
The purchasers are advised to reconfirm the relevant information with
the Company.

• The images of the products and installations are indicative and for
representational purpose only and the actual product and installation
may vary.
• This reckoner supersedes all earlier price lists/price reckoners for
Illumination BU products of the Company.
• In case of any conflict or dispute arising out of or in connection with the
reckoner, the Company’s decision will be final and binding.
• Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the reckoner, or orders
placed relying thereon shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of
the Courts of Mumbai, irrespective of whether Courts/Tribunals in other
areas have concurrent or similar jurisdiction.
